So A Few Days Ago, About An Inch Down From

So a few days ago, about an inch down from where the top of my butt crack starts...its been hurting. Probably started about 4 days ago. I have to sit a certain way to be comfortable. But today I checked and there's a small bump, it looks like pus inside of it, and its a little red around. But it hurts, what should I do?
