So A Very Long Story Short My Boyfriend Is Certain

So a very long story short my boyfriend is certain he has some kind of disease. He has been tested multiple times for stds , herpes and aids. Everything has come back clean. He has a rash on his inner thighs that and urgent care doctor said was a yeast infection. He's been taking the medication and it hasn't been working. White spots have popped up on his upper lip, and bumps on his hands. I don't know what could be. His mom says it's excema but he thinks other wise. Please get back to me.
