So About 2 Months Ago I Started Bleeding From My

So about 2 months ago I started bleeding from my anal whenever I would go to the bathroom. It scared me for awhile but I let it go thinking it would go away soon. Now days I don't bleed so much but I do have this clear fluid/liquid that constantly comes out and it has a awful smell too. I'm pretty sure that I have Hemmeroids but I'm not sure if this Fluid has anything to do with it. So I ask, do these two typically run together, will it go away on its own or should I see a doctor ASAP? I'm so confused, embarrassed and really need some help.
