So Apparently I've Used Too Much Nose Spray Today. I

So apparently I've used too much nose spray today. I started having an extremely stopped up nose yesterday and today nose spray has given me relief but only for a couple hours. About an hour ago I used some and I've had excruciating burning in my sinus cavities all the way to my throat. I need relief. What can I do to alleviate this pain?
