So At The Place I Work They Have Pretty Rough

So at the place I work they have pretty rough toilet paper and I don't often use it. But on Sunday it had to happen and now since then the past two bowl movements I have made have had a decent amount of blood on the toilet paper. Nothing in the stool or water, just the toilet paper. After about two wipes it's gone. Is this from the rough toilet paper at work or something more serious?
