So Basically, I Had Really Itchy Tiny Red Spots On

So basically, I had really itchy tiny red spots on my penile tip for about 5 days. There was never discharge and they never became warts/sores/ulcers, also I had a lot of smegma and my foreskin was swollen and smelled bad during those first 5 days. . Thinking it was thrush, I washed my penis everyday with warm salt water and carefully dried it.. it almost went away, but just right now I got oral sex from my girlfriend and those spots appeared again. Could it still be thrush?
