So Couple Months Ago I Did Some Xtc And Meth

So couple months ago I did some xtc and meth in 2 days the first day I took xtc and I threw up bile liquid the next day I just did a little of meth cause I was feeling really bad and threw up again the same liquid, couple hours after, I could not sleep and I felt like I was going to pass out, the worst part is that I have been with a pain/pressure on my upper left abdomen which is very annoying, I have done a colonoscopy endoscopy and everything is fine, can you help me?
