Are Strep Throat And Lymph Nodes When My Blood Count Shows Lymphocytes And Granulocytes Abnormal?

So earlier this moth i noticed some white patches on my tonsils and i had swollen lymph nodes under my neck mind you the nodes are still there but reduced to a pea size . So i went for a throat swab and it came out positive for streptococci. Now my concern is in my blood work. I did a full blood count and here are the results as follows: Lymphocytes : 58% Total WBC: 6.3 Gran: 32% RBC: 5.79 I’m worried about the blood work as some of the values i listed are high and low than normal range
