So For A Few Days I’ve Had Major Vaginal Burning,

So for a few days I’ve had major vaginal burning, vaginal swelling, vaginal itching, it’s so red and swollen only on the left side on my vaginal lip. I went to the doctors and she said it looks like a yeast infection but when she took the test came back negative but she still gave me an anabiotic for A yeast infection but I still have all symptoms after three days. Any ideas?
