Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
So for about a year now, I have been experiencing something that is sort of hard to explain. It almost feels like I am a body just going through the motions. It is very hard for me to think and actually "feel" like I am doing something. I don't really feel aware of the tasks that I do. I guess you could call it lack of consciousness or lack of awareness of my surroundings. I have become absolutely numb to things like driving and exercising. I don't even realize I am doing it until after its done which gets kind of scary, especially with driving. Its extremely hard for me to focus and comprehend things. Even remembering recent tasks gets to be hard. I've read up and I don't know if maybe I have ADD, ADHD or the worst scenario being something like a brain tumor. Overall as of this past year, I just feel like a body walking around without a brain.
