So For The Past Few Days (maybe 3 Or 4)

So for the past few days (maybe 3 or 4) I've been having this bad headache, sometimes it's ignorable, but most of the time it isn't, I refuse to take pain medication so that isn't an option; and since like yesterday it would appear the headache is really only in the back of my head; and the only way I can seem to really make it temporarily go away is if I'm really cold.
