So For The Past Two Or More Weeks I've Been

So for the past two or more weeks i've been having this skin build up like a scab on the inside of my right nostril and it seems not to get any better, sometimes it gets hard to breath unless i scratch the skin/scab off. Can someone please explain what this may be?
