So I Had An Abortion About 2 And Half Months

So i had an abortion about 2 and half months ago . It was a medical abortion but my concern is that as in now in the present i have issues having sex with my partner . Sometimes when having sexual intercose it hurts not as bad but i was thinking since im still healing or should i be concerned that it might be a infection ? They told me to wait a month without having sex after the pill abortion so i did i followed the rules and till recently its just kind of hard for me to have sex . Any idea of what this can be
