So I Have Had Pain In My Abdomen For Two

So i have had pain in my abdomen for two nights and a day. It feels like someone has just punched me in the gut over and over. My intestines feel bruised, it is tender to poke particularly around the lower area. I dont believe it is menstrual pain as i have never been affected like this before. No loss of appetite and just a general feeling of nausea (not actually vomited)
