So I Have I Very Flexible Nose . Its Very

So i have i very flexible nose . Its very squishy . The cartilage is so weak . And there is no definition for my nose . It changes shape all the time . It wasnt like that a year ago . Could the reason be that i pressed on my nose and tried to make it smaller ? Also i need non-surgical solutions for this ? Also if i let my nose be, will it heal over time ?
