So I Have Soreness Around My Abdominal Area Around Where

So i have soreness around my abdominal area around where my ovaries are and reaching all the way to my back, and white floaters in my urine. I have frequent ovarian cysts and irregular periods. I took a pregnancy test to check and it came back negative. What is this?
