So I Hurt My Knee Playing Softball Just Running To

So i hurt my knee playing softball just running to first base it hurt just in the knee and only with presser . really bad when i first put pressure on it to walk but less after a step or two
Hurts to bend it also
Should i go see someone or if im nice to it will it just go away
I can move my foot with no pain ..
So what so you think
