So I Recently Suffered A Severe UTI Which I Was

So i recently suffered a severe UTI which i was put own antibiotics. Antibiotics always give me severe yeast infections. I of course ended up in the doctors office for yeast infection meds. I went ahead and did a full STD screening and everything came back negative except for my HSVIgM test. It showed me at 1.09 H ratio which is apparently Equivocal. I have also had a entire pelvic exam that showed no signs of any of that inside and out. My doctor never called me and I got the results in the mail. I've read that they are supposed to retest you for these results? I have even talked to a nurse and they said they saw nothing alarming on my blood and urine work and said if anything to drink more water because I am dehydrated. So I am freaking out because of everything I am reading online? Do I need to worry or just move on? I don't even know if tested me for HSV1 or 2 because there's nothing that tells me that. I have also read and watched videos saying that if a doctor uses IgM testing for the HSV virus they don't know what they are doing and they should be testing the IGG?
