So I Think I Could Be Pregnant I Missed My

So i think i could be pregnant i missed my period and i had spotting before my missed period. So now im patiently waiting until the 8th to see my obgyn. But im sick with a cold and i notice that because i keep caughing alot and hard . it feels like my uterus hurts . like its sore and im wondering if thats normal or if i should be worried?
