So I Was Playing Football On A Tennis Court And

So i was playing football on a tennis court and i caught the ball ran full speed and this random kid ran out of nowhere and i tried to evade him so i ran to the small pole where the net is attached to. Immediately i noticed there was a lump above my knee cap like bottom quadricep. Its been about an hour later and the bump is literally like two golf balls side to side
