So I'm A Meth User. And Today I Shot Up

So i'm a meth user. and today i shot up for my first time. i did it twice, and they were different batches. i was fine at first no pain for both batches. but after me not shooting up since yesterday, i have red spots, dull pain, and heat on my left arm. but no swelling and no bumps.
