So It's Hard To Explain. I'm Almost 5 Months, Hardly

So it's hard to explain. I'm almost 5 months, hardly showing and no movements. When I lye on my back, the bottom of my stomach is hard, guessing that's my placenta. Well, when I lightly push on the side of it, the entire thing moves either to the other side or it moves up. Is this normal?
