So Last Saturday, I Was Playing Around With A Friend

So last Saturday, I was playing around with a friend of mine. (We're both 16) He ended up falling backwards and his head hit my throat pretty hard. For a second, I thought I couldn't breathe and was trying to gasp for air. About a minute later, I could breathe normally, but the right side of my throat hurt pretty badly for a while. Throughout the school week, I have had a hard time turning my neck or looking down for more than a minute and I always feel like something's stuck on the inside of my throat. Sometimes painful, but mainly just a discomfort What should I do?
*I should probably also note that I feel a small lump on the opposite side of my throat, but it's been there since I've had strep a few weeks back and I wore a neck brace a little over 18 months ago*
