So Last Saturday I Woke Up With Severe Stomach Pain

So last Saturday I woke up with severe stomach pain and puked up straight acid also known as bile. I went to work and the pain would just kind of come and go but really grab you at times 7 hours later i ended up going into the ER said my lipase levels were at 62 and that they felt I had pancreatitis very mild. They prescribe me pain medication and ketorolac and told me to go on a liquid diet for at least a couple days so as I only drink water I woke up Sunday morning puking acid over and over again went back into the hospital there they put me on pain medication and Protonix and I was in there for a day and my lipase was at 110 the next morning my lipase was at 100 the discharge doctor was different than the doctor when I was admitted and said I was only on protonix because of me only not being able to have anything by mouth the doctor that admitted me wanted me on anti acids for good I went home on a liquid diet for the day and started eating crackers at night My follow-up appointment the next day my lipase was at 28 most doctors think it was food poisoning and not pancreatitis at all but leaving the hospital I still would get pains at times it would seem to feel better once I ate something give me a little bit of relief but my pain persisted and it also made me feel like I'd never feel normal again finally I went out and got an anti acid Zantac and Prilosec whithin a half an hour of taking both I finally feel like my normal self again the reason why I did this is cuz I looked up the symptoms and thought maybe I had gastritis do you think this is possible for gastritis too raise my lipase the reason why I ask is because three doctors think it was just food poisoning and the lipase was up from puking. I guess my main question is do you think that I could have been wrongfully diagnosed when it was actually gastritis over pancreatitis I also left out that I had a CT scan and an ultrasound and everything came back normal completely normal but I just feel like lipase at 110 is still not very high and with gastritis I shouldn't be on any anti-inflammatory and I think that the two or three pills that I took of that is what caused the reoccurring puking acid the next morning and causing things to hurt more and ending back up in the hospital to be there for overnight

thanks Phil
