So Last Month My Period Started On The 22 And

So last month my period started on the 22 and it last til the 26. My boyfriend and I have been messing around other than intercourse. The furthest he went was precum. Today I received my period two days early. I have also been really stress out these past couple of weeks about this situation and other things. could this just be an early period? Is mind just playing tricks on me?
