So Last Night My Boyfriend Fingered/ Rubbed Me Really Hard.

So last night my boyfriend fingered/ rubbed me really hard. When I got home I noticed MAJOR swelling of the whole vulva. The inside swelling had gone down a little but the mons pubis is still huge and hurts really bad to touch or when I walk or sit. There's also been a tiny amount of brown discharge throughout the day. I don't know what's going on and I'm really worried. Is this normal?? And what can I do to make it better?
