So Lately My Stomach Has Been Acting Get Up, It's

So lately my stomach has been acting get up, it's always seems to be bloated. I have muscle twitching all over my body. Mostly on my arms, legs and stomach. I'm very gaseous to, and I've never been constipated but I'm not sure if this is the problem but it's hard to use the bathroom when I have to. I urinate more than I usually do.
