So lately when I eat sugary things or carbs in large and small amounts I have been getting super bloated, my stomach feels like there is a lot of air in it and I can't burp it out (sorry that sounds really gross) the air gets stuck in my throat area, and I have to drink sprite or something to get the air out... should I stay away from these foods, does this have anything to do with lactose?
