So Long Story Short I Punched A Wall 2 Nights

So long story short i punched a wall 2 nights ago. my inside palm is a little sore and bruised. Still kinda hurts. i can basically move my hand in all motions just hurts to the touch. I heard a popping noise in it yesterday tho and im a little nervous. I was told it could be a boxing fracture, but im not sure any thoughts?
