So Me And My Boyfriend Were Sitting In His Room

So me and my boyfriend were sitting in his room and I had full clothes on and so did he and he started to finger me and he did it really hard with my clothes on and today it hurts so bad and it's swollen and it burns and I don't know what to do and I'm scared and I don't know if it's a friction burn please help??
