So Me And My Girlfreind Think Shes Pregnant This Past

So me and my girlfreind think shes pregnant this past week. I say this because she has been noticing symptoms such as excesive peeing, cravings, sleepiness, morning sickness but no nausea. Some extra stuff weve notice lately is that shes drinking more water and her ovaries are hurting and she is now getting shocking type feelings in her uterus or well lightning crotch as i found out. We took two test from the same brand and both came back negative. So is there a possibility that she is pregnant?
