So Me And My Other Half Have Been Trying Too

So me and my other half have been trying too get pregnant. My period is about five days late and I've taken a 4 tests that have all been negative. I went too the hospital and they told me I had a uti and treated me. I've been had been spotting off and on before and after the hospital but now there is nothing my period is late. Is there anyway I could be pregnant?
