So My 8 Month Old Daughter Had Dried Blood Around

So my 8 month old daughter had dried blood around her earrings so i tried cleaning it off and when i did it started bleeding so i waited and then took them off. So now i cleaned off the blood it looks okay just redness around so I'm not sure what's the next step how long do i have to wait to put the earrings back on since i know they close easily.
