So My Boyfriend And I Have Been Sexually Active And

So my boyfriend and I have been sexually active and after we did it, we got plan b and two days later i started feeling weird and then i got my period for the second time... i already had it early in April then i got it again the last week of April like April 28 till now still which is May 2... ny cramps have been getting worse and my urine is cloudy. What could it be? Should I visit a doctor? I need help
