So My Dr Can't Figure Out What's Going On I

So my dr can't figure out what's going on I severely burnt my throat a month ago so I had a sore throat but it lasted 3.5weeks until it went away by using antihistamine claratin but I've had a lumpy throat that are probly about 1/8th of an inch in size and extent to my uvula and hundreds of tiny pentip to pencil tip sized colorless or white dots all over my mouth mostly lips and cheeks they don't hurt but I can feel them I've had a feeling of sucking on a cloth in my mouth cankersores dry cracked lips thick white film on my tounge lump on my left tonsil tested for strep just had a herpes test done dr says it's not oral thrush however gf had a yeast infection 3 weeks ago and I performed oral sex not thinking anything of it because it was in her kidneys she got a yeast infection again two days after performing oral again last week any ideas she does not have herpes I don't have dots on my penis and we've had unprotected oral and vaginal sex
