So My Fiancé Is Pregnant At 23 Weeks. We Have

So my fiancé is pregnant at 23 weeks. we have recently found out that the baby has a chance of turners syndrome. She has had the blood test done and has the amnio done on Wednesday. What are some things you can tell me about Turners syndrome? The doctor when they called said fetuses with turners only have 2 percent chance to make it to birth. Since she has made it to 23 weeks is there a greater chance now that she can make it to birth? Or whats the percentage of chances as the weeks go on?
