So My Question Is Like Over The Last Year My

So my question is like over the last year my stomach has gained weight and its like hard kind of when u touch it im a drinker of vodka but have been for over a few years and i have never gained weight before also i now have ill call it indigestion but its across my whole chest area not just like in one area and very painful at times even if i havent eaten anything sometimes?
