So My Sister And I Got Into A Fight, She

So my sister and I got into a fight, she threw me into the wall and I hit my head pretty bad, then my nose started to bleed but I didn't hit my nose. I usually have nose bleeds easily but only when something hits my nose. So is there anything wrong with my head or something? Because she threw me a lot of times and I'm pretty small.
