So, My Throat Or Maybe Thyroid Is Feeling Like It

So, my throat or maybe thyroid is feeling like it might be out of place. I woke up one morning and I couldn't breath or swallow because I felt like someone was squeezing my throat. I stood up and it took a long time for it to move back into place. This has been happening more often now. What is that all about?
