So On Monday I Will Go To A Check Up

So on Monday I will go to a check up with my mom,and lately I've been smoking elctronic cigarettes and shisha pretty much for the past 2 months however I don't smoke it every day like 2 times a week but for 2 or 1 hour , can the Doctor know about it by checking my blood or smth else?
