So Recently I Was Diagnosed With Trich Maybe A Month

So recently I was diagnosed with trich maybe a month and a half ago I did take the antibiotics so that's completely away then i seen white stuff coming out of my vagina so I went back to the doctors she said I had BV or VB not to sure I too mestogel for that and I'm also taking sprentic for birth control I was thinking maybe one of these mediciations is why my vagina is irritated I also have tears and I also experience itching and it is also peeling which has a little small I keep going to the gyn but they said I tested negative for everything and I don't know what to do because it's so uncomfortable! Need help!
