So Recently Have Been Experiencing Some Pain In My Abdominal

So recently have been experiencing some pain in my abdominal area, and its slightly a little uncomfortable. It has been going on for about 4 or 5 days. I showed my mother where it hurt at which is the on the lower right hand side of my stomach and she said it was my ovaries. sometimes it hurts around my belly button too. I have also noticed that I have been eating a lot more lately and shockingly I got up out of been today at 9:30 this morning and this is so rare for me because it is the weekend and I always sleep in and I went to bed late the night before.
