So Since Sunday It's Been 4 Days Now. I've Been

So since Sunday it's been 4 days now. I've been constipated and every time I try to go its like glass coming out of me. I've used jelly that the ER gave me... Didn't work. I've tried recti care and enema. But the enema stings and the recti care just numbs the outside of my Anus and doesn't really help. I'm constantly squeezing in my stool and being very uncomfortable, crying, I can't get up and do anything. What should I do?
