So The Result In My Ultrasound Is Diffuse Renal Parenchymal

So the result in my ultrasound is Diffuse Renal parenchymal disease, right with mild pelvocalietasia/ureterectasia due to obstructing middle 3rd ureterolithiasis. What does it mean? What is the treatment and how can I prevent this. I need your help, I'm just 18 years old from the Philippines. Thank you
