So This May Not Make Any Sense Because I Don't

So this may not make any sense because I don't know how to explain it. So every one and a while I get these weird "episodes". My bony feels like it's moving to fast for my brain, I have a pounding feeling in my head, and it feels like my body and brain aren't working together. It's like I'm two people. One person is in my brain and the other is my body. I know it way sound weird but I really want to know what it is. I have depression so it may be an effect. Thank you.
