So To Sum It Up, My Right Epidermis Is Larger

So to sum it up, my right epidermis is larger than the left and also harder. It also has a small hard spot by it? I went to the doctor and he said it was just my epidermis (I didn’t originally know what this lump was) But he didn’t really thoroughly look at it. There’s no achyness or heavy ness or pain. As well to mention that my right testical hangs lower than my left. My right epidermis also feels like I can move it around as on my left it feels stuck in place.
