So Very Recently I Had An Episode Where After Sex

So very recently I had an episode where after sex or after putting in a tampon I felt like I had a uti. But after a little bit those symptoms went away. Now I have this yellowish, stretchy discharge and once I pee I have a fishy smell that seems to come from the urine. Because my vagina doesn't have that smell without peeing. I also notices my pee was cloudy for about 2 days after the uti feeling symptoms. I don't know what is going on. I have been with my boyfriend for 4 years so not multiple partners.
