So Yesterday I Hit My Head Really Hard I Fell

So yesterday I hit my head really hard I fell a good 5 or 10 feet and it hurt really bad a couple hours later I got a nose bleed and then again last night while I was sleeping I woke up this morning and the headache is much worse and it will jot go away it got so bad that it had made me sick what do I do
