Some Food Got Stuck Going Down During Dinner. Salmon And

Some food got stuck going down during dinner. Salmon and salad to be exact. Took me more than an hour of force vomiting to feel that all is clear, However, I still feel spasms in my upper esophagus and have tried to get ice cream down but it seems to just sit in my throat until I have to force it back up.. My question is- is there some kind of flap that may be sick in the closed position ???
