Someone Hit My Shin With Their Knee Very Hard And

Someone hit my shin with their knee very hard and it has briused and i still causing me alot of pain and discomfort 5 days on. If i am stationary it throbbs and i sometimes get pins and needles in my foot, i also get a burning sensation and the contact was made on a already week part of my shin from a previous accident..... Any advice would be appreciated.....
